  • Non-Fat Yogurt made from raw un-pasteurized,
    NOTE: Your digestive tract contains about three and one half pounds or 100 trillion microorganisms. This makes it the heaviest organ in your body. Forty percent of fecal matter is microorganisms. Normally yeast comprises about 10% of the total 3-' pounds.
