A large majority of the information in this section was summarized from Dr. D'Adamo's book Eat Right For Your Blood Type (click to buy). Additions, deletions and modifications were included based upon my own clinical experience with nutrition, blood types and diet.
However, after observing numerous patients using the Blood Type Diets, it became clear many negative reactions to particular foods were a great deal less or even eliminated by switching to organic foods. In addition, there is evidence published by the Owen Foundation indicating most foods do not cause agglutination of red blood cells.
