when two different foods are eaten that have the same critical temperature, or the critical temperature of the raw food is higher than the overheated food.
No negative blood reaction is observed if:
1. Cooked food is consumed with the same food raw in a ratio of 1 to 1.
2. Anything raw, with the same or higher critical temperature, is consumed with an overheated food in a ratio of 1 to 1.
To offset the negative effects of manufactured foods such as sugar, wine, or anything pre-packaged, two or more raw foods of a different critical temperature must be consumed at the same time in a ratio of 1 to 1.
| Sample Critical Temperatures |
| Water | 191 F |
| Unpasteurized, Raw Milk | 191 F |
| Cereal, Tomatoes, Cabbage, Bananas | 192 F |
| Meat, Pears | 194 F |
| Butter, Ghee | 196 F |
| Apples, Oranges | 197 F |
| Potatoes | 200 F |
| Carrots, Figs, Strawberries | 206 F |
To make this a whole lot simpler, use the above sample critical temperatures to find similar type foods. For example, lets consider a meal of rice, vegetables, and some type of meat, like chicken. Rice has to be cooked; so do so. Chicken needs to be well done also. You could bake, broil, or otherwise cook it thoroughly OR you could bone it or slice it very thinly and cook it at 194 degrees for thirty minutes or less. It will still be thoroughly done but not overly cooked. Your vegetables could be lightly steamed or lightly sautéed. In addition you could precede this meal with a raw salad incorporating some, if not all, of the same vegetables. Voila, a nourishing, healthy meal that digests more completely and easily than most.
Another main meal example could include selecting a steak from an organically raised, grass fed cow or from a deer or elk prepared rare to medium rare with lots of lightly sautéed garlic and onions. Combine with a raw vegetable salad and/or lightly steamed or lightly sautéed vegetables. This makes a very easily digestible and very satisfying eating experience.
This is the type of meal that can be ordered in most any restaurant.

Simply leave out the breads and starches. You not only feel better with these types of food selections, but it is impossible to gain weight or retain excess weight on a primarily raw food diet. Forget fad diets. They never work for long and they always create nutritional deficiencies or immune system stress.
Yet another example meal might be a typical lunch. Try having a large, raw, organically grown vegetable salad with a rare fresh, deep ocean fish filet.
Instead of commercially prepared salad dressings, make your own from one tablespoon of raw, organic, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar (Bragg’s or Spectrum Naturals brand) with three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (Flora, Barlean, or any fresh, dark green brand) and any seasonings you prefer (salt, etc.). I like to blend in one organically raised, raw egg and some organic mustard to this mixture.
Eggs, especially organically raised, organic ones, are the best and most complete food you can consume. Organic eggs will not raise your cholesterol. And, you are not likely to become infected with salmonella from cleaned, organic eggs. In fact, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, your chance of getting salmonella is about 0.00003%. That is an extremely small risk. I have been using raw eggs in salad dressings and in protein drinks with no problems for decades. Just make sure the eggs have been thoroughly washed before cracking them.
For meals where you cannot combine raw foods with cooked or raw, higher critical temperature foods with overheated foods, use digestive enzymes. The most effective digestive formulas contain a mixture of enzymes that will help you digest whatever you are eating. After almost twenty years experience with digestive enzymes, we have identified the best company. We only use digestive enzymes produced by Enzyme Formulations.
