Adverse reactions to prednisone include:

Fluid and Electrolyte Disturbances
Musculoskeletal Problems
Gastrointestinal Problems
Dermatologic (Skin) Problems
Metabolic Problems
Neurological Problems
Endocrine Problems
Ophthalmic (Eye) Problems
and Additional Reactions
