Hello Alistair,
It is unclear which tube you are "squeezing a lot of hardened poison out of." Since the heading of your post is "blocked eustation tubes," I must assume this is the one you mean. How are you "squeezing poison" out of your eustachian tubes?
It is unusual for penicillin to be prescribed for "food debris stuck in a fold in your throat." Is it possible it was prescribed for an infection or impaction in a fold of your tonsils? Definitely follow up with your doctor if your throat does not improve.
