Yes TMJ can be a causative factor in eustachian tube problems.
Yes, there is a remedy. Call dentists in your area to find which one specializes, or works frequently, with TMJ problems. Very likely, he or she will make a "bite plate" for you. Sometimes, these are worn just at night. Other times, they may need to be worn more often. Either way, you need professional help to properly diagnose and correct TMJ dysfunction.
