I am new to the site, but an avid follower of natural treatments and beauty regiments. I was in a car accident a little over a year ago and have since been involved in acupuncture and such for the pains. I just purchased an acupuncture pillow called a prickly pad and I am absolutly crazy about it. I have suffered extreme back and neck as well as shoulder pains. For 30 minutes a day i use this pillow and swear by it. For all those who are fans of natural healing and find acupuncture on the pricey side, I would recommend this type of product to anyone. | |
