Hello Wayne,
You should be able to eat sprouted grain breads (Ezekial, Sun Seed, Manna, etc.) with no problems. Just read the labels to be sure the one(s) you select contain no added flour or sugars.
Also, be sure you're getting adequate, easily digestible protein (eggs from organically raised, free-range chickens are your best source) every day.
As for your salt, moisten the tip of your little finger and touch it to some of your sea salt before each meal. If it tastes really good, add salt to that meal. If not, do not. This is the easiest way to insure you're getting the salt you need.
If none of this helps, call 800-614-4400 and ask for the name(s) of the Enzyme Therapy Specialist closest to your location. See one of these therapists for an evaluation to help determine the exact cause of your persistent fatigue.
