Hello Sergio,
The crackling or bubbling sounds in your ears are probably coming from your eustachian tubes, the connecting tube between your middle ear and throat that helps equalize pressure in your ears.
When you swallow, pressure changes in your throat cause movement of air in your eustachian tubes. If there are restrictions or obstructions, frequently from scar tissue, unusual sounds can result. Congestion, such as you mention in your nose, is a regular culprit with the problems you describe.
The only way to stop such noises is to remove their sources, the congestion and/or obstructions. Your best first step is to consult with a licensed EENT (Eye, Ear, Nost, Throat) specialist. This professional can help you determine the cause and best correction for your problem.
Best of Health,
