Hypothyroid!

Sir,
I am a hypothyroid patient and my ht is 4.10 weight is 68 kgs and my age is 26 yrs.

Now my TSH is at a normal level.

I am a poor married girl from lower middle class backgroung.

So therefore please sugest some home remedies to lose weight.
