Hearing Problem

  1. 11 years ago

I have seen a lot of posts on your forum about this but would like your current best advice.

My left ear is very sensitive to pressure changes. If I travel in an elevator or drive up a hill in a car I feel pressure in my ear and it is difficult to pop. I have been like this nearly a year now. My doctor says their is nothing he can do as my hearing is normally quite good.

    Thanks

    Hello Keith,

As long as your "hearing is normally quite good," you may wish to try increasing your daily intake of pure, chlorine-free, flourine-free water. Also add a daily bioflavonoid complex supplement. Usually 50 mg. 3-4 times per day will be adequate.

There are lots of other suggestions within the threads related to this topic on my forum. Be sure to search through them for additional suggestions.

  3. Do you mean citrus bioflavanoids? These are the only tablets I can find.

    Hello Keith,

    Those should work just fine.

    Hello Clifford,

There are numerous reasons for ringing in the ears or tinnitus.

One of the most common is high blood pressure.

Check the following web site, American Tinnitus Association, for extensive information on tinnitus: www.ata.org
