years of stomach pain

  1. 8 years ago

I have daily stomach pain and bloating everytime I eat or try to eat. I have lost weight due to the pain. I have seen all kinds of doctors, have all kinds of tests done, and have placed on all kinds of meds. with little relief. I was diagosed with a lazy stomach, I dont digest my food, IBS, and Thassemia a blood amemia. For the stomach pain the doctors wanted to inject meds. into my spin for pain managment. I refused. I am now trying to treat myself but dont know where to start. Have you ever heard of Toxic Food Syndrome and what do you think about it? And does it go hand in hand with eating right for your blood type? Help me please!!

    Hello Shannon,

Yes, I've heard of Toxic Food Syndrome and I think it certainly can provide lots of answers for the problems you are describing. Definitely, learn as much as you can about it. And, yes, it meshes well with eating right for your blood type.

Another suggestion would be for you to call 800-614-4400 and ask for the name and contact information of the nearest Enzyme Therapy Specialist to you. This person can help you determine the cause(s) of your problem(s) and the most effective enzyme therapies to correct them.

  3. Thank you for responding so quickly!

I would like to start the diet for blood type O. I know part of the diet is red meat. I only have one kidney and was told not to eat meat plus I dont like it. I also do not have a gallbladder. I can I make sure that I am getting enough protein in my diet. What foods can I eat that will not cause pain and bloating. Anything right now causes imediate pain. I am trying Betaine Hydrochloride 30 min. before I eat and GB-3 after I eat. So far nothing. I will call the Enzyme Therapy Specialist. Do they also work on diet along with enzyme therapy? Thank you again

    Hi Shannon,

One of the most common reasons why Blood Type O people do not like meat is because they cannot digest it properly. With only one kidney and no gallbladder, you definitely need help with digestion. Betaine hydrochloride and GB-3 are good choices, but the Enzyme Therapy Specialist will, very likely, have even better ones.

Also, there are a number of ways to get adequate protein without meat. Eggs, sprouts, and pre-soaked nuts and seeds are just a few of the best. These are discussed in some length and detail on my web site: www.TheNaturalHealthPlace.com.

You are pursuing the correct directions. Stick with it.
