I recently did a cleansing then after started teh gym.. things are going great kept for whenever I reach a certiain weight I seem to not be able to lose anymore weight. Why is that? What is the cause and how do I change that?
Two things of extreme importance here.

2. Very few people who exercise, especially on their own or in most gyms, understand the importance of "BALANCE." If you have any muscle imbalances or mobility issues, you will not be able to most efficiently use your muscles. This is one of the primary reasons why most people who have difficulty losing weight with exercise hit plateaus that prevent their reaching their optimal weight.
Try to find a trainer in your gym or close to you who is familiar with screening you with the Functional Movement Screen invented by Gray Cook.
You might try Googling this for more information. I do this type of screening and there is nothing more effective for finding muscular imbalances and correcting them.
