Without going into extensive detail, some of the information posted on this web site, such as the description of the immune system, is very accurate and valuable.
Some is not.
The immune system boosting smoothie is one example of the not so valuable information. Current research casts significant doubt about the benefits, and potential harm, of unfermented soy products such as tofu. In addition, flax oil may not be a very good health promoting oil to use internally. This particular smoothie should not be used for boosting immune function. It potentially could do more harm than good.
Also, vaccinations have a long, and easily documentable, history of pros and cons. Until those cons can be corrected and negated, vaccinations have, at best, a minimal supporting role in health care and certainly one that must be weighed and chosen with extreme caution after normal, natural, preventive health care measures have failed.
